Items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Some custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not returnable unless there’s a defect.

To request a return, email us at hello@femmeboss.shop with your order number and issue. We'll respond within 24–48 hours.

Shipping times vary by product type:

• Standard items: 5–10 business days
• Custom items: 7–15 business days

Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown — no extra spaces, all caps if required.
